What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, certified checks and money orders. To place a phone order: Call 604 733-8781.

How do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?

We use industry-standard SSL encryption. This protocol involves encrypting data so that it cannot be compromised in transit between the browser and server.

What about privacy?

Redfish Kids Clothing does not sell or distribute any customer information under any circumstances. This includes our mailing list and your email information.

How much does shipping cost?

All deliveries are shipped via UPS from Vancouver, BC Canada. Shipping costs are in USD and include insurance and tracking.

How will my order be confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and a total amount to be charged.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax must be added to totals for residents in the State of Washington. GST must be added to totals for all residents of Canada.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Redfish Kids Clothing. We will return or exchange any purchase within 30 days of its purchase date when clothing has not been worn and is found in the condition in which it was purchased.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Most orders will be received within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.

What if my package does not arrive on time?

Just call or email and we will track your package for you. Please have your name, address and confirmation number on hand.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

UPS, our primary carrier, does not ship to P.O. Boxes. So please be sure to include a valid street address with your order. If a P.O. Box is your only delivery option please call us.

What is your out of stock policy?

If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as we receive your order. We will do our best to fulfill your order, and if this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.
